I Miss My Dad

Hi, Dad, I think of you all the time, and speak with you often, but for some reason around this time of year I seem to drift off in thought to you more than I do any other time. 28 Years have passed and still I wonder. I wish i had one memory to hold on to. I am getting married in April, I wish you could be there to walk me down the aisle. Everyone says time heals all pain, but those people never lost someone so early in life. So many questions go unanswered, so many times I have needed you to hold me that i have been left with emptiness. What I would not give for just one more day, for a chance to see you smile and get to know you. I will forever miss you and think of you.
