I Miss My Dad

I write this through tears of sorrow and pain, You were always there for me when I needed you with a soft word telling me it will all work out. That I was strong and can handle what comes my way. I still hear you saying that to me but because you aren't there to in front of me and behind just incase I fall I doubt myself. Dad Im starting out on a new venture in my life, and Im so scared that Im going to fall on my face. I look at pictures of you in your old work shirt and western hat and I wonder how you can be gone. I know deep in my heart that you know how much I love you, but God I wish I would have told you more often. Please know I love you and will miss you always. Thanks for the good memories.
