I Miss My Dad

You weren't there for me as a little girl. You weren't there for me as a teenager. All of the sudden we struck up a relationship that was brilliant. For once we could relate to each other...then you died. Dad you turned 51 then died 3 days later why? Did you not know how important our new found relationship was to me? Dad I know you liked my husband because you walked me down the aisle but have you seen since then I have gotten a divorce? You know your first grandchild was born almost at your year anniversary of your death? Dad can you see my new fiance' now? Do you like him? Dad why do I have to do this, shouldnt you be actually answering me right now ? Dad although it was only the last 10 years of your life that the two of us became human to each other instead of alien, those were the best years of my life. I hope you have seen your grandson he's now 5 years old and just like me, I know you are laughing right now. I love you dad.
