I Miss My Dad

Hi POP! That was the longest plane ride in history, why did we have to live so far apart? Arriving at your house was so weird knowing that you weren't there. Just 4 months earlier we had the best visit ever on my vacation. I thank God that I went back to visit. You were always there for me and I wasn't there for you when your heart gave out. I'll miss our phone conversations and your funny stories. You were the best Dad a son could have and I love and miss you more than I could imagine. I just hope that I can be half the man you were. I feel so alone now, you were my safety net. Dad, all I can say is that I'm sorry I wasn't a better son but you KNEW I loved you and I KNOW you loved me. You and Gary will have a great visit in heaven. Love you Dad Son# 2
