I Miss My Dad

Dad you promised me that you would never leave me,you broke that promise March 6,2001.Thats ok,cancer has a way of getting in the way.We can't complain too much,after all you did get 71 years.I remember all your Korean war close call stories where you nearly bought the farm at 21.How did we let the 1980's and 1990's slip away?We always talked about doing this and that one day,we let other things like work and girls get in the way.I won't make the same mistakes with my two sons.Thanks for everything Dad.
