I Miss My Dad

Its the first father's day tomorrow and i have mixed feelings about how i will cope with it, the way you left dad was not fair we had so much unfrinished business. I was never the daughter that i should have been, i should never have lost the respect i did for you, or spoke to you the way that i did. We should have all enjoy christmas as it was our last you were taken just five days later, didn' even get a chance to fully open all your presents. i hope that deep down in my heart you are out of all the pain now and are truly at peace and please forgive me for everything. And remember deep down that i loved you dad with all my heart and hope that you will stand by my side forever. Rest in peace, your youngest daughter Bernadette XXXX
