I Miss My Dad
Hi Dad, I miss you already. It's only a week since you passed, and I can't seem
to get hold of my racing thoughts of our memories. You always did for everyone
else first and never looked for anything in return. You were the perfect dad in
my eyes and nothing can replace you. I always knew you loved me even though we
didn't say it too often. You had a wonderful, caring way about you and I am so
grateful that I had you in my life. I'm so happy that you had seen Olivia walk,
talk, sing, and dance. I will talk about you every day to her so that she will
always remember her Papa. You are the best and I will miss your laugh, your
smile, how you said hello to me and how much you cared. The world lost a great
man on August 31, 2006. It is a shame that more people couldn't get the chance
to cross paths with you. But, the ones that did are sure lucky they had. I love
you and miss you!!!! I hope you weren't scared... rest easy now.
