I Miss My Dad

Dad,

I'm sorry for all the times we fought, and I'm sorry for all the things i've done in the past to hurt you. I know we were close and that you're in a better place, but it still doesn't take away the sadness and pain I feel because you're not here with me. I think about you every day and miss you terribly. I hope to see and talk to you in person again one day. I think of all the good times we had when you taught me how to change the oil in the Malibu we had, all the camping trips, and all the fun times we shared, and I wish those days were still here. I know that they will always be in my memory and heart, but there will never be any more of those memories to share with you now that you are gone. I love you with all my heart and I hope to see you again someday. Until that day comes, may God hold you in the palms of his hands.
