I Miss My Dad

Today's your little girls 18th birthday and tomorrow is fathers day I wish you could be here to celebrate with me. Its been a year since you left us and what everyone says about things getting easier as time goes on was a complete lie. It all gets harder realizing that your not coming home anymore or coming into my room to say good night and that I love you. I hate the fact that you won't be here to walk me down the eisle when I eventually get married or see my kids. Why did cancer you away from me?? You were best friend and were always there for me when I needed you the most. Thank you for everything that you've taught me. I'll remember it forever. I LOVE YOU DADDY!
